AI consulting · Independent financial advisors · Canada
Your team is already putting client names into ChatGPT.
I help independent financial advisors in Canada draw that line in writing, then cut the onboarding and follow-up hours. Fixed price. Weeks, not months.

What this looks like in your practice
The four workflows advisors buy most — live and clickable where a demo exists, built the way I'd build yours.
The 9 pm enquiry you currently lose
Enquiry sits until morning→Booking request by 9:04 pm

Your website answers questions about your services the moment someone asks, qualifies the prospect, and captures the booking request with everything you need to confirm. No forms that go nowhere.

45 min of manual admin→5-minute review

One intake form becomes the welcome email, the CRM record, and the document checklist — drafted for you, sent by you. Nothing reaches a client unreviewed.
Watch it happen liveAI use, documented in writing
Staff improvising with free tools→Written policy, trained team
Know exactly which AI tools your practice uses, where client data goes, and what staff may put into them — documented, so you answer clients and compliance with a page, not a shrug.

Evenings typing up notes→Minutes reviewing drafts
The client meeting becomes a summary, the follow-up email, and the CRM note — drafted while you walk back to your desk. You review and approve each one; nothing reaches a client or your records unread.

Prices in CAD for Canadian practices, the same figures in USD for US practices. Larger organization — credit union, lender, fintech, insurance carrier? See the AI Opportunity & Readiness Assessment. Shipped, not promised
Real products you can try today
I'm not asking you to take my word for what AI tooling can build. Here is software I designed, built, and shipped myself — including one that passed Apple's and Google's review.
Live on both app stores
Shall I Retire
A retirement-readiness app I designed, built, and published to the App Store and Google Play — in the same domain your clients ask you about, using the same AI tooling I'll use for your practice. Try it yourself; it costs nothing and takes two minutes.
Questrade MCP integration
A custom AI integration against a real brokerage API, delivering daily portfolio updates. Private build — I'll walk you through it on a call.
AI training material
The practical, safe-use-of-AI curriculum behind the staff training session in AI Safe Start — taught live, from zero, in plain language.
This site, the demos above, and that app were all built with the same tooling and the same discipline I'd bring to your practice.

About
Sixteen years inside the industry you work in.
I spent 16+ years delivering technology programs inside Canadian financial services — Mackenzie Investments / IGM Financial, IBM (working with BMO and Scotiabank), Fidelity Investments, and CAAT Pension Plan — including FATCA, RESP, and Fundserv regulatory programs, NIST-aligned security initiatives, and enterprise data governance.
Earlier in my career I taught middle- and high-school students, and I still teach today — through the GaganAI learning platform, public speaking, and mentoring newcomers to Canada since 2017. I'm also a serious long-term investor, so I speak your clients' language as well as yours.
Now I bring all of that to independent practices: enterprise delivery discipline, security-conscious data handling, and modern AI tooling — at a fixed price a small practice can plan around.
What you're protected by
Hiring one person is a fair thing to be careful about
You're considering paying a solo consultant several thousand dollars. Here is exactly what stands behind that, in plain terms.
A fixed price, or I don't quote
You get the number before we start. If scope changes, it's priced in writing and you approve it before any work happens. You will never open an invoice that surprises you.
Thirty days to find anything wrong
If a deliverable doesn't do what the statement of work says it does, I fix it at no charge for thirty days after delivery. That's written into the contract, not just promised here.
You own everything, from day one
Code, content, accounts, and data are yours — ownership transfers on final payment. Everything is built in standard technology any competent developer could pick up. If you want to replace me, you can, and nothing breaks.
If I'm not the right answer, I'll say so
The $500 review is deliberately the first step. If it turns out a $200 subscription solves your problem, or that automating the thing you asked about isn't worth the build cost, that's what the report will say. You keep it either way.
FAQ
Fair questions
Is my client data safe?+
Data safety is designed in, not bolted on. No client personal information goes into AI tools unless strictly necessary — and then only into paid, business-grade tools configured so your data isn't used for training. Every project ships with a written Data Handling & AI Safety Summary listing exactly what data is touched, where it's processed, and which vendors are involved. Canadian-region hosting wherever possible.
Who owns what you build?+
You do. Code, content, accounts, and data all belong to your practice, and everything is built in standard technology any developer could maintain. Ownership transfers on final payment — you are never locked in to me.
How fast is delivery, really?+
Fixed timelines are part of the offer: a review in one week, a website in two, an automation in three to four. I spent 16 years shipping enterprise projects on deadline — that discipline is the product.
Why fixed price instead of hourly?+
Hourly billing makes your costs unpredictable and rewards slowness. Fixed price means you know the number before we start, change requests are priced in writing before any work happens, and my speed with AI tooling works for you, not against you.
Do you give financial advice?+
No. I automate the operations of your practice — websites, intake, paperwork, reporting. I never build tools that generate investment advice for your clients, and nothing I do is financial, legal, or investment advice.
Do you work with practices outside Canada?+
Yes — I work with US practices too, and everything except the staff training session delivers just as well over video. US engagements are quoted in USD at the same figures shown above. I can also work on site where a client covers travel and accommodation, though for smaller engagements remote delivery gets you the same result without the cost.
Do you perform security audits?+
No — and I'll say so plainly rather than overstate it. I advise on adopting AI safely: usage policy, tool configuration, data handling, and staff training. Penetration testing, security audits, and compliance certification are specialist work, and I'll refer you to someone qualified if you need them.
